Services
Bravly provides SEO, content, and website development services as described on this site and in individual client proposals. Scope and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Engagement terms
Engagements are billed monthly and do not require long-term contracts. Either party may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engine rankings are influenced by factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, but we do commit to transparent, measurable reporting on traffic, leads, and revenue impact.
Intellectual property
Content and assets created for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Bravly retains the right to reference completed work in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Bravly’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
